I found this on Paola Harris's website. I found it very interesting especially the last paragraph where his father attended a meeting at a naval base in Calif. Before I retired, I lived in base housing and was stationed at this base. The post can be read at Ms. Harris's website

Gordon has really seen it all. In his first interview for over a decade, he gives us a glimpse of his role and perspective on a multitude of subjects including:
- the Vietnam war
- the Waco siege
- the JFK assassination
- Saddam Hussein and his trial
- Majestic and the CIA
- UFOs and the 'Extraterrestrial Revolution'
- time travel and the attendant paradoxes
- the RAM Project (his revolutionary plan to replicate an antigravitic propulsion system, ‘whiteworld’ a source of free energy and transform the economy)
- his coming Hollywood trilogy, KINGDOMS COME
… and much more.

This special hour-long presentation features Tim Ventura speaking on the state-of-the-art in Antigravity research. Filmed at the August 2005 TeslaTech Conference, we explore not only the roots of the Open-Source movement in popular media, but follow the development of concepts in Antigravity from the venerable Lifter technology to the state of the art in Torsion, String, and Brane-Theory physics. You can't afford to miss this stunning presentation!Understanding Antigravity requires more than just physics — it also takes inside knowledge on the culture of AG research, and the events that have shaped this culture over the last 40 years. As a leader in the Antigravity community, Ventura shares the experience he's gained from hundreds of expert-interviews with scientists, engineers, and innovators, as well as 14 years of exhaustive scientific study. In addition to details on several of the most promising research paths currently being pursued, he also speaks about the future of AG-research, and how the lessons of the past continue to influence today's cutting-edge research.

The Lifter works without moving parts, flies silently, uses only electrical energy and is able to lift its own weight plus an additional payload. The Lifter uses the Biefeld-Brown effect discovered by Thomas Townsend Brown in 1928. The basic design of the Lifter has been fully described in the Townsend Brown US Patent N°2949550 filed on Aug 16, 1960 and titled "Elektrokinetic Apparatus", you will find in this patent the full description of the main principle used in the Lifter devices.

Some of this footage and commentary seems believable but many of Hutchison's clips have no external visual reference point beyond the "scene" he is recording. Kind of like UFO videographers zooming in so close with the camera lense as to create a point of light with no nearby reference points.
